Not my favourite Mike Gayle's book.

I was honestly a little disappointed with this book. I have always like Mike Gayle's works for being realistic which allow the readers to relate with the main characters. I had some trouble getting into the book because I kept feeling like I was reading one of Sophie Kinsella's over-the-top stories. I'd have preferred to have a story without the ex-gf's ghost and see what kind of ending the book will have without it. Ghost/Hallucination/Dream aside, the story was enjoyable and despite their less than ideal first meeting, I grew to love the bond built among the Divorced Dad's Club members.

A great read!

I thoroughly enjoyed 'Seeing Other People' and am excited to read Mikes other books as this was my first of his.
If anyone is thinking of checking out whether the grass is greener on the other side, I suggest you read this book. For anyone having gone through separation and divorce, you'll be able to identify with the story, for anyone who hasn't, you'll truly wish you never have to.
A great read with thankfully a 'happy ever after'.

This book explores relationships and certainly made me make that little extra effort for those wonderful people in my life that I perhaps take for granted some time.
